20__年已經(jīng)來臨，對于過去工作的中總結(jié)出來的經(jīng)驗，對我這新的一年里的工作要更加努力了，不斷的更新增加自己的ui知識，讓我的設(shè)計越來越好，所以制定20__年初的工作計劃如下：

一、嚴把工作流程，有效的與客戶溝通，提高工作效率

加入某一段時間了，對公司的工作流程也是比較了解，在以后的工作當中一定要按照工作流程走，有效的與客戶溝通，避免做無用功，減少對公司的損失，降低成本，節(jié)約的就是利潤。再者，要加快工作效率，而且也要確保工作質(zhì)量，保質(zhì)保量的完成提案，給客戶給公司一個滿意的答卷。

二、突破設(shè)計思路，提高設(shè)計眼界

不要只局限于當前的事物。把握整體設(shè)計方向，處理好細節(jié)處，增強畫面美觀度。在設(shè)計風格上，嘗試多種設(shè)計風格，不要被客戶所局限住，將多種設(shè)計元素結(jié)合大眾喜好做出主要方案和備選方案，以客戶的意愿為我們的意愿。

三、學(xué)無止境，“業(yè)精于勤而荒于嬉”

在以后的工作中不斷學(xué)習專業(yè)知識和了解業(yè)務(wù)知識，通過多看、多想、多學(xué)、多練來不斷的提高自己的各項技能。同時要不斷鍛煉自己的膽識和毅力，工作上、做人做事上都要非常細心，提高自己解決實際問題的能力，并在工作過程中慢慢克服急躁情緒，不能魯莽行事，積極、熱情、細致地的對待每一項工作指令。

四、做事有計劃性

要做什么不做什么都要有明確性和強制性，不要讓時間總是在猶豫不覺中浪費掉，避免因為沒有合理安排而導(dǎo)致工作中的遺漏，提高工作效率。

五、增強團隊合作意識，團隊的力量的無窮的

接到新案子之后，不要一個人單刀匹馬的做，首先大家商討分析一下，確定一個主題，分析細節(jié)，做出一套策劃方案，簽訂合同之后進行設(shè)計。雖然我們這個小團隊人很少，大家在一起磨合的時間也不是很久，但我們經(jīng)過短暫的磨合期已經(jīng)共同進行了幾個項目的設(shè)計。所有的項目靠一個人的力量是不能完成的。
